The Beauty of Long Hairstyles for Summer 2011
For many years and in many civilizations, long hair has been considered to be the height of beauty. In places such as India, the longer the hair that a female has, the more attractive it is considered for her to be and this is a conception that many people still have today.
Although the fashion many years ago was for a woman to have long hair and this remains the same in a lot of countries today, the fashions have changed drastically, with shorter hair becoming the height of fashion and especially when you look at such style icons as Rihanna and Katie Holmes who have followed in the footsteps of the style icon, Victoria Beckham.
These three world famous celebrities are just a handful of the stars that have gone shorter with regards to their hair length in a bid to set new fashion trends and to be considered beautiful. However, can you ever really beat long hair for beauty?
It cannot be denied that long hair has much more in the way of styling possibilities than short hair and that you can do many more things with it but for many people and especially those with busy lives and hectic families to take care of, shorter hair would seem to be the way to go for easy yet pretty hair that can quite literally transform a face.
